Fair play

The payout ambush, abolished.

At most firms, the moment you ask for real money is when the games start: surprise interviews, secret criteria, "the decision is final". Here one principle applies, your payout depends on your trading data, never on how well you handle an interrogation.

When a verification call triggers

These are the only cases that can trigger a call, and they're public, so a call is never a surprise, and never means you're in trouble. Outside these cases, the call doesn't exist.

The appeal, four written steps

Every dispute follows the same four steps, in writing. We never answer "the decision is final".

  1. 01

The evidence is shown to you.

The exact trades, timestamps and data the flag is based on, not a category name.

  2. 02

    You reply with your proof.

A live chart walkthrough is accepted evidence. Your execution data is exportable, so you can build your case independently.

  3. 03

    A second reviewer decides

A different person from the one who raised the flag.

  4. 04

    Maximum timelines, declared.

Every step has a deadline you can see. Overruns are visible and compensated.

Through all of it, your payout clock keeps running: a call never pauses the declared times. Maximum 72 hours of silence on any pending withdrawal, always with a reason and a dated next step.

Sanctions in proportion, warning first

Instant bans exist only for proven fraud, and we show you the proof. Everything else follows three steps:

  1. A warning, not a breach

A written explanation, a concrete example of what to correct, and the line "no action taken on your account".

  2. Incriminated profit removed

Only the profit of the specific trade, the account survives, the rest of your work stands.

  3. Termination, with proof shown

Last resort. Never a defamatory accusation without evidence you can see and contest.

The public changelog

Every Terms change, dated, in plain language, forever. That's how you can check that "frozen" is real, instead of taking our word for it.

Dated changelog of every Terms change
VersionDateWhat changed
v1.02026-01-12The terms and conditions published on evertrader.com, last updated 12 January 2026. Every account bought under them keeps them.
v1.22026-10-19Terms rewritten; the English version is the binding contract. New sections 21-26: account parameters, payouts, Payout Registry, right of reply and verification, your data, payment rails. Product figures (targets, limits) moved to each product's rules. Added: ban for breach, Academy access, support chat. Accounts bought under v1.0 keep v1.0.
Declared and budgeted

When doubt exists, the benefit goes to the trader.

Our policy is simple: in genuinely doubtful cases, we pay. A doubtful payout paid costs us less than a trader treated unfairly in public. Resolved cases are documented here, anonymized.

  1. No retroactive changes

    On accounts already sold.

  2. No censorship

No deleted posts, no removed reviews, no private threats.

  3. Never attack a customer publicly

    One reply, with facts.

  4. No undisclosed posting

No employee or affiliate posts without disclosing themselves, contractual.

Frozen Rules, your Terms, versioned

The rules you bought under remain valid forever on your account; every change applies only to new purchases. If we ever violated this principle, full refund, on request.

  1. Improvements still reach old accounts

One-way. If a law ever forces a change on existing accounts, it arrives with notice and a way out, the fee refunded if the forced change materially worsens your conditions.

  2. KYC, settled before the money, never after

Identity checks are completed BEFORE the funded stage. Approved means approved: updatable when the law requires it, never revocable as a pretext in front of a withdrawal.

This page is binding, it's all in the Terms.

Everything above is written into the Terms your account is pinned to. Read them before you pay us anything.
